Situación

For MotoGP's long-awaited return to the iconic Brno Masaryk Circuit, the FIM and circuit management have committed to a series of significant safety enhancements. Alongside a complete resurfacing of the track and the extension of run-off areas, one of the essential upgrades will be the implementation of Geobrugg’s state-of-the-art mobile debris fence systems. The solution has been strategically selected to provide enhanced protection for marshals, media personnel, and spectators in key high-risk zones, ensuring that the highest possible safety standards match the excitement of racing.

Descripción

Three critical corners with very limited space were identified on the circuit. Geobrugg’s mobile debris fences were selected to address this challenge, offering an FIA-homologated solution that combines safety with visibility. Thanks to the patented high-tensile mesh, spectators and marshals can enjoy a clear, unobstructed view of the track, while the compact design of the concrete elements requires only 60 centimetres of ground space. In addition, flexible openings have been strategically incorporated to allow TV crews, photographers, and marshals to follow the on-track action from safe, protected positions, ensuring both safety and optimal coverage of the race.
