Situation
This project is located at the back side of an apartment house constructed by the Samsung Corporation, in 1998. At the beginning of construction, Samsung took erosion control measures using PVC net and hydroseeding on the slope. No slope failures were expected. Problems at the site resulted from the slope cut, creating water saturation.

Mudstones, sandstones.
Description
Final measure to mitigate the slope failures on this site were made using TECCO® System and GREENFIX anti-erosion mat. Both were nailed with a pattern of 4 x 4 m to actively retain the subsoil and to allow easy germination and vegetation.
